If for some reason you decide to change your mind after shipment, we can refund you if the item is **unopened** provided you pay for the shipping return cost. We cannot provide refund if you have opened the product and changed your mind.
If you have paid for an item which is out of stock, we will contact you and check if you are willing to wait. If not, we will refund you the full amount.
When paying by Direct Debit, your order will be on hold for 3 days. If you do not pay within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
We will attempt to ship the product asap based on your selected shipping option after payment received. For international customers, please be prepared to wait for up to 3 weeks. Please email email@example.com if you believe you are waiting too long for the product to arrive.
Every product comes with its own warranty terms and conditions. We will help to send the product back to the supplier but we will need the proof of purchase. If you have an account with us, you just need to give us your email address and we can verify it in the system.
If there is a fault with the product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a mailing address to return the product. However, please note that you have to pay the postage to and fro.
